I made a reservation for 12:02pm. I received a text at 11:51 notifying me of my appointment starting in 15 minutes(12:06am). I showed up at 11:55am and put my phone number into the kiosk in order to confirm I was there now. At 12:07pm I received a text stating I was "on deck". At 12:15 I was skipped in line, then I saw on the board they re shuffled the time slots. At 12:22 the next hair cutting lady grabbed another person in which I confronted the situation and she told me that I was now behind 3 other person's. They just received the text stating you were sorry I could not make my appointment. This is the sports clips in Monument, Colorado. I have the texts to show this.

Monument, CO sports clips turned my son away today because he did not have a mask with him. I checked your website and it said "don't worry - if you don't have a mask, we have disposable masks available for you." When I called they said that was a message from corporate and they don't follow the same guidelines. I also complained that the app did not have any information about wearing a mask. I don't have an issue with him wearing a mask but please have accurate information on your website or have all locations in compliance with what is posted on your website. I am very disappointed in being turned away today and we will not be supporting that location anytime in the future.

Went into Sport Clips for the first time to get a more professional style. Randi listened to what I was looking for and did a nice job. I really enjoy the services provided and am sure I will be headed back for more hair cuts, in the future.
